1. Returns

Due to the nature of our products and food safety regulations, we do not accept returns once a product has been delivered. This ensures that every jar of ghee sent to our customers is fresh, untampered, and comes directly from our controlled facility.

2. Damaged or Defective Items

We take great care in packaging our ghee to prevent leaks or breakage. However, if your order arrives in an unsatisfactory condition, we will make it right.

What to do if your jar arrives damaged:

  • Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt.

  • Upon verification, we will ship a replacement jar to you at no additional cost or issue a full refund for the damaged item.

3. Issues with Quality

If you believe there is a quality issue with the product (e.g., broken seal upon arrival or an unexpected odor), please do not consume the product. Contact our quality assurance team immediately so we can investigate the batch and provide a solution.

4. Refunds (if applicable)

If a refund is approved (due to damage or unavailability of stock), it will be processed automatically to your original payment method.

5. Order Cancellations

Orders can be canceled for a full refund only if they have not yet been dispatched. Once the order has been handed over to our shipping partner, we are unable to cancel or redirect the shipment.
